Wheel & radiator skirts tilt up?

Grease Bus Monkey was working on a mid-2000 CC to replace a leaking radiator and other work. They tilted the fender and radiator skirts up and out of the way. I had no idea that I could to that! Anyone here know the procedure?

I saw the same episode and wished I had known that a couple of weeks ago when having new tires installed. I did go and look at my 2002 Allure and could not figure out how to do it or if mine even does that.

I ave a '02 Intrigue and I see no way to tilt any of the body panels to remove the radiator

Gotta love good engineering.
FWIW, our Alpine radiator body skirting tilts up like that also. Two screws and a prop rod and that’s all there is to it.
Sure make servicing and cleaning a heck of a lot easier.

If anyone gets this figured out, please return and share with the rest of us. I've got a 2003 Magna and this would sure help when cleaning the radiator, etc.!
