Where Are the ECM/TCM Diagnostic Ports?

I have a 2007 Country Coach Allure 430 Hood River with Cummins ISL400 and Allison 6-speed....coach #31516.

Want to locate the ECM diagnostic port....
Want to locate the TCM diagnostic port....
Before taking the coach in for service in Phoenix. Don't want to have to pay the service tech to search for these ports.

Where Are the ECM/TCM Diagnostic Ports?

Two spots. One in engine bay and one under drivers left knee (way up in dash, if never accessed since factory).

They are J1939 ports and access both ECM and TCM on the CAN network.

Hope this helps.

Brian

EDIT - I believe your coach may also have the barrel key diagnostic for the 400ISL ECM. Located on rear side of drivers console , turning key displays any engine ECM codes through the check engine light (flash codes).

In my 05 Magna there's a under dash port as well as 2 ports behind the rear most passenger side door (CAT C13 525)

Hope this helps

2005 Allure 430 Hood River (but CAT engined)

two ports on a wall in the battery bay - rearmost bay passenger side

ports also in the driver's area - the 'driver's area ports' in ours were tucked, on long leads, inside the compartment beside the driver's left knee (houses the Allison control pad / handbrake knob and myriad of switches)

(have subsequently relocated the 'required' deutsch plug to the wall of the compartment - below the handbrake knob - to make access easier / save having to open compartment every time we need to plug in)

I have that barrel key used on the left-hand side of the drivers council discussed above but I’ve never used it. I have read the owners manuals but never saw the flash Codes referenced. Can anybody tell me where I might find the flash code information?
