Your answers will range from which is better, Ford, Chevy, Dodge. It's all a subjective personnel opinion. Some hate any of the 3 some love any of the 3.

BIG Coach-Net fan here. Have used them 4 times in the past two years - and have gotten excellent service with each use. As far as I'm concerned - they've earned my business - and will continue to get it until they screw up.

As a former truck driver who used big rig services i.e. Penske on road care. I can tell you the answer depends on where you break down. Each one differently contracts with towing and service companies through the country. Much like which cell provider is better, where you are when you break down and whether they have contacts in that area is the question. My opinion is , they all can be a disaster if your in that "open"zone. They can also be a lifesaver in most cases and better than you trying to figure out who to call in a area you don't know. More important than anything it depends on who's available in the area. If there's only one service /towing in the area and its lousy, that's probably what you get. GS or Coachnet aren't providing the actual service only a referral ( at a negotiated discounted price that they pay)
We've used gs with two good results and one not so good.

I use CoachNet. Don't know if they are the best or not, but I have used them for a tow about a year and half ago and was satisfied with their service. Knock on wood, I haven't had any other OTR breakdowns or other needs to call them in the last 4 years.

I've been using Coach Net for 7 years and I won't change. They have been there for me with 1st class service.

Hands down Coach Net Used twice incl a tow in the middle of nowhere Utah of 75 miles. Tow driver also damaged rig about $1500 in damage and Coach Net was there to make sure I recovered. Always had the right equip for my 40 diesel. Also used them for flat time on passenger car, just fine.

Been using CoachNet for many years, have almost always gotten decent service except the last time. I had a broken valve in #6, but made it to a truck stop on a Sat afternoon. Seems CN didn't want to pay a weekend call out, plus I was safe and only 40 miles from home. The tow truck they did dispatch was too small for my rig but they did get the job done with almost no damage. They scratched the paint with their light bar is all.

I just got coach-net (roadside & tire/wheel hazard) in January and had to use them today...nail in sidewall...they found a matching tire for replacement and covered everything!
