Window leak
Just noticed a leak on a window. Need to pop it out and reseal. What is the seal behind the window? A putty type tape or a foam tape.

I fixed what I thought was a window leak by opening up the weep hole that was clogged.

Butyl or putty tape. I have also caulked the top of the window frame with Dow Corning 733.
