Windshield Wiper Fluid, Electrical Issue

My window washer fluid is not working. All of the smart wheel functions work, but when you press the button for fluid, there is no electrical response.

It is not the motor, and the lines are not plugged, but it is lack of current to the little motors.

I have consulted with Kevin Waite, and his brother. They said there is a little black box somewhere in the dash, with a fuse that may be out. They told me where to look, and I traced the wires from the front and into the dash, where it disappears for a while. I can't locate it! Anyone know where it is?

Little black boxes are often bundled up into and strapped tightly in or on or under a wiring bundle and you can't see them. So you may need to cut some zip ties. It's a mess under there too. Strong light will be needed no doubt.
