I access engine at least a few times a year, to lube exhaust brake, tighten lift pump retaining bolts, inspect/replace turbo/CAC pipe connectors, and the near section of the coolant hoses... Good thing for my current one is I just need to flip up the bed and there you go it's right there and wide open... I'd cringe my brain if every time I had to cut the tiles, remove part of cabinet to gain a tiny window...

Of course this video shows a bath and half floor plan. I assume for the regular single bath version like 06 - 07 Magna with quad slides one just needs to remove portion of carpet and the sliding door rail of the closet...

My '09 Allure is "almost" identical. The biggest difference being that the tile hatch and floor are bordered with aluminum framing. Someday I'll probably get to know if they improved the rest of the access procedure.
