Go out and 'sweet talk' (Tap!) the pump for zone 1. (Or all of the pumps you can see, if you're not sure which is zone 1. If that does not get it going. Then it's time to look for obstructions in the fluid circulation lines to the zone 1 heat exchangers. I also found on our 04 Allure 40' with only two zones, vs three - that the hose to the heat exchanger in front of the passenger seat, had a kink in it that was severely restricting circulation. And one of our two zone 2 heat exchangers, had 'crystalized' with a clogged heat exchanger/radiator. CLR flushing did not fix it, so we had to replace it. (Previous/First Owner did not 'exercise' many of the coach systems on a regular basis, and in this case the heat exchanger fluid just simply 'clogged up'. And final item I saw with a friends SOB coach, was the fan was barley blowing, and thus very little heat out of one of the zone heat exchangers. We replaced the squirrel cage fab with two quiet but high output computer fans, and that solved that specific problem.
And another thing we'd do when driving in mid 20's and below, was run the generator. We then placed a Vornado 1500W heater on the floor between the Driver and Passenger, and used that to augment the coaches Over The Road heat. And at the same time, since the generator was running, we cranked the floor heat up as high as it would go too...
Best of luck, stay warm!
