2016 Precept 12v power source location for HWH?

Good day all, new member and first question. I have a 2016 Jayco Precept 31UL with a Girard tankless hot water heater. At our last stop on our most recent trip the HWH quit working. No response to powering the HWH on/off (exterior) and the user interface panel (inside the Coach) would not power on either. I used a multimeter to confirm there was no 12v power at the on/off switch on the HWH. I then crawled under the coach to see if I could get a look at the wiring from below/behind the unit, but there seems to be an “outer” shell and I couldn’t see anything other than the LP supply line exiting that outer shell. I’m assuming (dangerous, I know) that I may have to remove the HWH in order to get access behind it, but wanted to ask here first. Anyone who could point me towards either where that 12v should be or to the source/supply location for the 12v power to the HWH would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for any advice/assistance.

OPen access door and check the fuse just below the On/Off Switch
If it TESTS good (not just visually) then:

Main 12VDC would be from a FUSED Source.........Main Coach DC Fuse Dist Panel which should be with the Main AC Power Panel

And most likely the FUSE on the Dist Panel is not Identified so you might have to test a few unless obvious blown fuse

Here is a manual for GSWH-2 (you didn't ID which model you have)
