2017 Jayco Grayhawk 29MV leveling jack problem

Does anyone know what type of leveling jacks Jayco would of put on their 2017 Grayhawk motorhome? I have only had ours for a short time and have been on just three trips with it so far. Until now no problem with jacks. This trip after I thought I auto leveled it my wife noticed that we were listing to one side. I retracted them all but one failed to come up. Tried going up and down, doing one side then the other. One jack still stuck. Looking for the manufacturer so I can go to their website and maybe find a solution or looking for any suggestions someone might have to fix. Am stuck at campground until I can move jack. Thanks in advance

Info on the jacks should be in your Owners manual, if not call Jayco or your selling dealer. We have had jacks not fully raise on occasion, but re-extending all jacks seems to solve our problem, at least. Not sure about yours, tho.

Parked across from a 2017 Grayhawk this past winter...nice coach !

Called dealer, then Jayco told system was Equalizer, but they couldn't help me. Suggested I call Elqualizer. Tech told me what I needed to do to raise jack manually. Was able to do that and made an appointment with dealer to fix. Was told they were able to raise and lower jacks several times without problem. Get it home and decide to try in our fairly level driveway. Auto level doesn't work, keep getting excessive slope. Manually lowering jack two at a time I can get the coach fairly level . Question now is how level does it need to be for say refrigerator to work properly?

On the newer refrigerators, a quarter bubble should be fine... remember, you're leveling the fridge, not the RV. Put the little bubble level on the bottom of the freezer, and level to that. The fridge can be level, and the the RV can be out of level. They are not always the same. If a quarter of the bubble is in the circle, you should be OK.
