Not a bad coach in my opinion based on a factory tour a couple of years ago. I will tell you that I bought a Nexus Ghost instead for a few reasons. The first is no wood above the floor, which is marine grade OSB. The Seneca uses luan plywood which is subject to rot, Nexus uses Azdel which won't rot. The second is the construction of the basement compartments. The Ghost is made from steel with square corners, the Seneca uses rotomolded plastic with rounded corners. The rounded corners cut your usable storage space as you can't get things right up against the wall. The other thing I like about the the steel compartments is that they are easier to fix if you need to. The third thing I liked about the Ghost was the steel structure as opposed to aluminum. Aluminum tends to work harden more easily than steel and the steel is also stonger, 72% if you believe the Nexus marketing. As far as drive train goes they're about the same with Cummins 6.7 and an Allison 3000 series transmission. The Seneca uses a Freightliner chassis while the Ghost uses an International chassis. I don't consider that to be a big deal although I'm pretty sure some would. I can't recall if the Seneca has air ride but the Ghost does from 2017 up. I wouldn't run away from a Seneca but it was not my first choice. Happy shopping.

Get it inspected by a professional RV inspector. These are expensive rigs and you don’t want to buy someone else’s problems.

My experience with a 2016 Jayco Seneca was not good. I traded it in just before the two year warranty ran out.
DEF related issues stranded me four times in less than two years of use.
Entire floor had to be replaced.
The rear was air suspension, but the front was leaf spring. On a rough road it was rough riding. Also was a very noisy ride.
I thought it was underpowered.
Mine may have been a lemon, as a lot of owners did not have these problems. We thought it was going to be a very good purchase, but it just didn't work out for us. The driver and passenger seats were very comfortable though.
Thanks,
