Alante 31V OCCC

A friend is looking at a 2022 Alante 31V for temporary residence while looking for a home .
Nowhere in the available literature online can I find OCCC . ( or CCC )
I know this amount varies with optional equipment ; but I feel that having only a 18,000 # GVWR , this chassis could be easily overloaded and hard to handle .

I also see the 31V has been dropped from the 2024 line up .
Anyone aware of the reason ?
Any member able to provide a ballpark OCCC for the 31V .

TIA.

Ok ; just in case there is an owner of any of the Jayco Alante models on the Ford 18,000# GVWR chassis , I'd be happy with your OCCC info too.

My thinking ; due to the discontinued status of the 31V for 2024 , is that the coach ; of this length ; was too easily overloaded ; and I'll recommend against the purchase and point him towards the 31' model built on the 22,000# chassis .
