Well, the number on the lens leads me to all kinds of clearance lights but not your style.
You should pull the base loose and see if there is a part # on the back side.

2004 Fleetwood Pace Arrow 37c, 8.1 gasser, (Jezebel) Ultra RV ECM / TCM, plugs wires, and rear track bar, PPE deep Tx pan w/ temp gage, Bilstein's, Sailun's & Sumo's all round, pushed by a 2002 Grand Caravan, on a Master Tow Dolly OR a WR-250 on a rail.
I just wanted to post my findings in case anyone else has a similar situation.
I called Jayco and they said the part number was 0282457. They do not sell directly so I was told to find an authorized dealer in my area to purchase the light. Well trying to get someone in the parts department to answer or call back proved a difficult task. I finally talked to someone at Camping World and they could not find the part.
I then called Jayco back and asked for the manufacturer and their part number: Kaper 2, L14-0088A.
Amazon, just over $7.
