Denver Mattress problem

As any one had problems with their Denver Mattress in the 2015 Jayco Precept? We picked up coach in August 2014. We are full-time so have slept in it since. It has flattened out so much that our backs are suffering...Called Denver M. They said to talk to dealer? Thanks for any comment.

Jayco specifically disclaims any warranty for their units if used "full-time" or as a dwelling. The you likely have a "weekender" mattress. That is intended as it is stated weekend and vacation use. While my wife and I don't full time live in an RV we installed a mattress topper on ours and it works well. That said you will likely need a new mattrace first unfortunately.

Thanks for your input. So say I only use my precept for winter travel for three months out of a year. Leave in November go home in February. the mattress has been slept on for three months. And is awful. So the answer is not that we are full time the mattress is junk. Will see about the topper. Thanks.

We had ours replaced under warranty but it was the same mattress and it still sucked. We replaced it with an Aveno mattress from CW. Much better.

We had ours replaced under warranty (50% cash) but replaced it with a 10 inch memory foam.
