Electric Steps won't deploy

Our 2018 Precept 31UL with 15,000 miles has just started having trouble with the steps staying in the up position. A couple of times it would work eventually. Now theyre up to stay. Talked on the phone to customer service and a mobile repair man. Changed the inline fuse to no avail. The light is not illuminating, either, so where is the power cut?

Electric steps depend upon regular maintenance and lubrication, they operate quite similar to an auto power window
You may find this testing video quite useful: https://vimeo.com/45602427

My 2018 Precept 36T steps stopped altogether. The warranty covered complete replacement of all of the components including the computer board. That was a year ago last June. Now the steps have stopped working again. They come out, then go partially back in and then do not lock. They go in, then come back out and do not lock. Very frustrating. Back in the shop.
