2018 jayco 22se.where is the fresh water pump and how do i get to it?

Turn off shore water, turn on the RVs water pump. Then turn on any faucet. You'll hear the noise of it pumping. Follow that. Could be under the bed or in a basement compartment near the water tank.

Someone with your model may be by soon but meanwhile...check where you can sense the noise is coming from by pushing on panels. Usually the pump is going to be easily accessible and sometimes behind a thin wall. Those walls can sometimes have wood screws that went through carpet material so the heads are invisible, buried under fabric. I used to search for them with a magnetic screw driver.
