Front Crack

2020 Jayco North Point. I had a crack under the bedroom slideout. I reported it under warranty. It was repaired under warranty. The repair failed under warranty. Now I have a lot of flexing and new cracks, the hitch is crooked and the ceiling in the bedroom closet is separating. The warranty is expired, so Jayco is telling me they won't do anyting. I'm a little frustrated. Any help appreciated.

Hello there,

We're sorry to hear about this. When you have a moment, please email us your complete VIN, contact information, and any additional information and photos to customercare@jayco.com, and we can escalate this to customer service management for review. Thank you.

Already did that. I was basically told to go pound sand. The only think Jayco offered was a few bucks to agree to never tell anyone about this. Rather than provide customer service and repair this, Jayco is only interested in buying my silence with a non-disclosure and non disparagement agreement.
