Greyhawk Slide toppers

Hey owners, we going to purchase a used "hawk" soon. We really want slide toppers but the Jayco brochures don't list or show this info at all so we can tell. The photos posted on the for sale adds aren't much help either as they don't always show you the slide side to see if there are toppers or not. It seems like its hit or miss if there are toppers on the slides. Doesn't make any sense?

My question is this: does anyone know for sure what year(s) they put slide toppers on the hawks as standard?

thanks!

The answer is not as easy as you would like. Whether or not slide toppers are installed depends on floor plans, where slides are located, location of the awning etc... On my coach for example there are three slides, two of which have slide toppers. The one slide does not have a topper because the awning is above the slide and there would be a clearance issue between the topper and the awning if a topper was installed.

If you ask about a specific model you may get a more specific response.

Slide toppers can be added aftermarket.

For some of the rigs, the measurements are critical. My local RV dealer won't accept a customers measurements. You have to take it to him, then he measures and orders the toppers.
