help please! 2016 Jayco RedHawk tv antenna

Please help! We are leaving on first trip tomorrow and just noticed TV antenna is up. No crank in ceiling. Does anyone know how to lower antenna???

If it's the 12" high HDTV antenna, it doesn't retract. (Pg 133) Owner's Manual.

X2, the only antenna's with a crank is the Winegard unit with a round white plastic "plate" in the ceiling with a crank protruding from the center. My suggestion, pull your owners packet out and read about your antenna!

These new antennas stay up all the time... One less thing to worry about! Just don't forget to turn off the amplifier if you're going to connect to cable.
