If you can find a sofa bed that fits in the same space, it shouldn't be a problem. Now finding a sofa bed that's COMFORTABLE is the real issue. Futon is a Japanese word that means, "uncomfortable as a bed or sofa."

Did you ever find what you are looking for? We also have a 29mv and would like to replace the sofa with one that is a dual recliner. However, we are worried about the weight as we are already close to the max cargo capacity.
