Jayco 36KPTS Few issues needing assist

We have a 2016 36KPTS located in a permanent campground. Overall, it has been a very good unit, but I have a few things I am looking for some recommendations on:

1) Any idea of the brand of Roof ladder. There is a bend in an upright that I want to replace.

2) The momentary switches to extend/retract our cabin slides no longer work. However the touchpad Lippert system still operates or through my mobile phone. Seems odd that both switched have failed - not sure where to start looking?

3) The Attwood hot water tank circuit board failed. I replaced and the propane water heater started working again, however now it will run until it faults out. Assuming the ECO or Thermostat have also gone bad. Have purchased replacement. Any other possibilities?

4) The main awning no longer retracts evenly. I need to make manual adjustments by hand to get it to close completely. Is there a way to re-align the awning? I do not think it was installed correctly.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

Being a 2016 and with a lot of electrical problems, it seems, I would check to ensure the right voltage is going to the circuit boards.
