I've owned Jayco before - I'd say above average construction, substantially above average warranty period. Following them quite a bit, I'd say that the major complaint seems to be long repair times due to parts availability - but that's going to depend on what the repair is.

I don't know if they'll allow non-dealer repairs in the right circumstances.
I had a salesman indicate that the toy hauler floor - which is indicated as well insulated doesn't have enough structure to it - that is, that it's mostly sandwich foam, but I have some doubt as to that being true and think they may be confusing it with Jayco's other (lighter) trailers.
Expect to buy real tires for it (true of pretty much any make/model).
Check out your local dealer's reputation in regard to service - it will likely be important.
