Jaycommand

Just saw that JAYCOMMAND is in the new coach that we are getting. We would love to hear thoughts/real time experience with it. We had friends who had a similar system in a THOR and it was a disaster from day one.
Thanks

We have it in ours, no problems with it other than the bluetooth range is small. You definitely can't stand far and use the phone app. Other than than, it is very convenient.

The app can connect via WiFi if you are connected to WiFi. In other words you can do certain things from miles away so long as you setup the WiFI system on the unit. You cannot control motors but you can control lights and the climate settings!

I believe that there are 2 different Jaycommand consoles used in different models. The one in my Eagle HT TT is only Bluetooth and cannot control anything more than 20-30 feet away. The Jayco motorhomes and higher end fifth wheels may have that capability however.
