My Jayco Alante

Purchased this unit about 2 years ago. After about 15 new and used motor homes this was the most absolute piece of junk I have ever owned. So many problems that it was back to the factory not once but TWICE. And they still couldn't fix all the broken stuff. The customer service rep was Jacob Frey. He is absolutely inept and horribly ignorant. We had to send him copies of his e-mails cause he couldn't find them. Was gonna send us some money for all our lack of coach usage but he told us the file was closed. Sent him a copy of his e-mail promising payment and then agreed it must have been overlooked. My, how convenient!!. If you have a Jayco product, I can only have pity on you as they have no idea how to build a motorhome and worse yet, how to treat a customer. If anyone would like to talk about this inept company you may call me at 865-770-2050

Really? Iíve enjoyed mine and Jayco has been responsive in getting things done. That being said, it was more my dealership that stepped up to the plate. What were the issues?

Many to mention. Among them-replacing front sliding window(2 times). Propane leak that could have killed us. Seal around outside tv replaced 2 times and tv finalyy crapped out-full of water. Outside awning never worked after they worked on at the factory they found out they wound up the wrong way initially.dash screws falling out-2 times. Bottom drawer below sink fell out. Water leaking onto bedroom floor after using shower-Fixed 3 times. Metal frame in shower falling down. And about another 40 problems. They didn't stop and the factory couldn't seem to fix unless the tried several times. Nothing but crappy work and crappier workmanship that they didn't care about!!!
