Portable Power Station question/idea

I have a 2018 Jayco Greyhawk 29MVP Class C motorhome. In short, I boondock a lot. I just upgraded to 2 AGM batteries. Great so far. My boon docking is really just driving down the road , pulling off to a road side rest area or Harvest host site or anything like that. Mostly one night and then off to the next adventure. Since I have to run the frig and very few lights at night I am always looking for more power. I am solar equipped but really don't want to add that stuff on for that trickle charge. I want a simple solution. Of course you can run the generator but late at night you want quiet or its just not good to run it. I am just looking for power from maybe 9pm to around 6am in the morning give or take an hour or two either way. My idea is to get a portable power station like a Jackery or other type that is none gas or propane and plug it from 30amp to 110 and use that for house power so the fridge can run and if the propane goes on for heat it doesn't deplete the house batteries so fast. Question is: Will this work? Am I on the right track with this. Just and idea...

I am not sure why you would choose a "power station" like that. It is just a really expensive /AH battery. Why not add more batteries?

You are going to be lucky to get a couple of hours of run time out of the largest Jakery. It has less reserve power than even a good 12v marine/rv battery. Once it is depleted, how do you plan on recharging it while traveling?

If you have a gas/120 volt fridge, you don't want it running on a battery pack, leave it on gas.

Gas/electric fridges are power hogs on shore or inverter power .

Don't underestimate 2 batteries for overnight dry camping. I have 2 and run TV, heat, If needed, and an electric coffee maker overnight, into morning without running out of power.

2 hours during breakfast and 2 after dinner keep a them charged.

It will still be on gas but you still need some trickle power to run the frig.

Do you have an inverter in your rig for 120 power ? Says 7 hour recharge.

The fridge will run about 3 days on your batteries in gas mode.

You mention solar equipped but it sounds like you don't have solar? You also said you have 2 new AGM's, which is good. My suggestion is to take the $$ you'd spend on one of these units and install a couple of solar panels. Was a bit nerve wracking installing in the roof but 2 years later, it's proven to be a simple solution.

If you're just spending the night, then I don't see why what you have currently wouldn't be able to power your needs. I have 1 AGM battery and am able to run 2 12V fans, lights, and fridge (in propane mode) overnight without issues. The next day will be spent recharging the batteries for free as you travel to your next destination.

Food for thought, I have one camping trip where my family of 5 are boondocking at the beach for a week during the summer. 200W of solar and 1 100AH AGM battery enables me to do so without issues.
