Rear Backup Camera not working

I have a 2017 Jayco Grey Hawk 30X and the rear backup camera has quit working. The two side mirror cameras work fine. Where do I start to trouble shoot why the rear backup camera isn't working? The message that I get on the dash/radio control panel says no power source.
thanks for trying to help me solve this problem

When it happened to me the monitor said "no Video". I got behind the monitor and disconnected/reconnected the cam plugs and it restored the rear cam. Another time, I climbed up the rear ladder and was able to pull out some of the cabling from the hole in the cap. I found an area severely kinked. When I straightened it out the image came back.
