Rear wall bulges

The rear wall of our 2020 280 RSOK has a bulge that is about level with the inside floor.
It wasn't there before.
You can also make out what appears to be the structural member of the trailer (steel) itself.
Anyone had this issue?Click image for larger version

Check out delamination in the search box. Hopefully there's not too much damage if it is delamination.
