Resetting keyless door lock

Anyone know the instructions for resetting the keyless door lock? Our dealer sent the instructions to hold the 5/6 key for 5 seconds until a beep sounds twice but we tried this several times with no results.

Keyless Lock

Take out the two screws on the back cover. The batteries are located there. Look on the back side of the cover, all the instructions are written out there.

You may have already figured this out, but you need to pull the batteries out and put them back in before you can reprogram the code.
