Samsung Microwave over the range

I have a 2003 Jayco 27DS Class C Motor home. It originally came with a Samsung Model MR6699GB. They were problematic in the sense that they would turn on by themselves causing fires and such. I am looking for a direct replacement but I would prefer that it wasn't a Samsung. Anyone out there changed one out.

I have one of these in my old 5th wheel with this problem. I looked everywhere possible and could not find one that would fit. Finally found one similar in size but deeper and not face mountable. The 5th wheel is in Mexico and I’m in Arizona. When things settle down, I will see if I can install a shelf in the cutout space to set it on or just put it on the counter and use the shelf for storage.

The one in my 2017 Greyhawk is a Frigidaire. I don't know if the dimensions are the same, but you might look at them.
