Unhappy Seneca 37 HJ underbed storage

Just recently took delivery of a 2018 Seneca 37HJ and in the course of looking for the transfer switch (which I suspected was having an issue), I realized that the reason there is hardly any underbed storage is that 2/3 of the available real estate is boxed out and just contains a rat's nest of wires, connectors, slide controllers, transfer switch etc. Seems to me all of that wiring COULD have been consolidated in a much smaller area, leaving more room for storage. Has anyone undertaken a 'clean up' of the wiring, and what issues did you run into? It just seems so out of character with the rest of the coach, like 'hey Joe, what should I do with these wires?' "Oh just shove em under the bed and build a box around them"

Checkout these posts; There is one regarding the Seneca somewhere but can't find it at the moment.

Thanks. Some of those pictures were truly frightening! I guess I’m not alone but find it so very sad to find such a blatant example of poor workmanship. It seems that all the attention is given to the ‘pretty stuff’ that the customer sees and touches daily. Reading through those posts has convinced me to ‘leave well enough alone’ for now but plan on some serious fix time when it inevitably goes bad (and the warranty is done).

Never took the underbed cover off to view the wiring maze, but at least it is protected. The wiring maze under your driver's seat is totally unprotected and has been the scene of electrical faults (shorts) for some Seneca owners (not me as I made sure the exposed connections are protected). Check yours.
