Angry Should the AC in the rear turn on when generator is on? - Jayco 29s 2019 model

I have a Jayco Alante 29s 2019 model.

About a week ago when checking out the RV in storage I found that the rear AC in the bedroom doesn't turn on when the generator is on. The front one works well.

Is this normal that only one AC can turn on, or does it mean the rear AC is broken?
I've tried to only turn the rear AC on without the front AC on, and still no luck.

I have yet to try plugging the RV into an outlet and running the AC. Will try tomorrow.

The brochure for that model doesn't list a generator and that's a bit odd. Makes me think that its low wattage and small sized.

What wattage is your generator? You have two roof mounted ACs and they are probably standard so would draw around 12 amps when running, and 2X to 3X that to start. If your generator is small, say 3300 watts, the OEM could have wired it so you can only run one AC out of caution.

But your operational manual for the RV should be the guide. Start there. It's new enough that there's bound to be a copy in your RVs accordion folder or online.

I assume you have the standard Onan 4000 watt generator and two 11k BTU air conditioners. Both should run off shore power or the generator, but note that there is a Power Management System that will selectively lock out appliances to prevent generator or main power overload. So if you're running your fridge or water heater on electric, it may not allow the rear A/C to run. I don't know what order the devices are shed in your coach but it should be in the owner's manual.
