Slide out problem

2005 Greyhawk 31ss
My slideout when fully closed has a difference of almost 1 inch from top to bottom. The gap is at the outside top.
Jayco has sent me drawings with adjustments and everything checks okay. When I close it there seems to be an extra "crunch" at the bottom as it completes closing causing the bottom to seal, but the top doesn't move during this final "crunch".
Any suggestions will be appreciated...

While fully retracted, get light, mirror, phone camera, LOOK and shoot pictures UNDERNEATH INTERIOR, you may find the lost sock or doggy toy, or fork, or buckled flooring, broken roller, etc. Suspicion is often maladjustment caused when flooring replaced? NEXT, fully extend and inspect all adjustment points as shown in their diagrams, and see if anything obvious loose, or "shiny-spot" evidence that something MOVED? You want this FIXED FAST if possibly LEAKING WATER???
