Question Steps issue

We have a Jayco Greyhawk 31SS. One of our family members has great difficuly navigating the steps into the RV. Our unit has two steps (automatic) but the distance between the top step of the automatic steps and the step into the unit is too great a climb. Does anyone have a solution to the gap between??

Can you bolt down some stacks of plywood? Add some to the second step to and build a small step for the ground. Kind of makes 3 steps.

DIY step helper

This looks like an idea that you can adapt:Making steps, stairs and stairway climbing easier.
