I just got a call Friday from Factory, customer service. When I get back home in a few weeks it is going back to factory for repairs. I will take it from there.
I don’t know what state that you reside in, but in Florida, Lemon Law protection is of little cost to you.
Too much sell, sell, sell, in this non essential market. We all need to hold complacent manufacturers feet to the fire to ensure the quality that we expect and paid for is delivered. In the end, maybe the dealership makes the difference. I will never buy from a dealer again that is too distant to make return a multi day affair.

I agree with the distant dealer issue. My mistake purchasing from a distant dealer. I had expectations that this was similar to automotive industry in that a Ford dealer is available nationwide. Not the case in the rv industry.
I did speak with jayco and we will give repairs one more chance when I return in 3 weeks. I’m keeping my fingers crossed. I do understand fully that there are things that can go wrong however my frustration is the lack of ability to get things corrected in a timely manner. Good luck at the factory repair I have heard very positive things about them.

Thank you! I am apprehensive and almost feel that LEMON LAW is the way to go now, but know that they will require at least one more trip to be repair it somewhere. The factory idea sounds like the best plan. I have done done after market upgrades and I don’t feel like starting over. This will be my last new motor home!
Stay in touch - I’ll let you know the outcome.
I have to winterize coach for them to pick it up. AARGH - haven’t done that in quite some time. That is another reason that we moved to Florida!

We usually stay at CREEKSIDE in Punta Gorda. Mr FRONTEND down the street - great place for RV repairs and front end work!
Safe travels!
