I am tying to winterize my camper, but the pump won't prime. I had service look at it, but they said that they replaced a cap and it is now working. I tried again at home, but no luck. What am I doing wrong? Last year this was a simple task and worked fine. Thanks for any help.

Mine did the same thing one time it would run but not prime. I searched and finally found a broke hose clamp that was allowing it to suck air. Check all of your hose connections and make sure they are good and tight.
More than likely a small air leak in the inlet line of inlet screen. Could possibly be a bad pump.
