Our 2016 Starcraft AR-One 15rb has those two hoses hanging below the trailer coming from the hot and cold water hose valves which are in a black pan inside the trailer. These are the low point drains and the pan is recessed down in the floor directly below the three water heater valves. I (open?) the two valves by setting the handles parallel with the hoses when we are not winterized. Close them by setting the handles perpendicular when I winterize after I bypass the water heater using the other three valves. So five valves total that I open and close near the water heater. Seems to work due to we've had it in negative 25F and maybe even colder near Gunnison, Colorado. The plumbing always work well come Spring.

Already winterized last week with running antifreeze through the lines so I can't check the hot and cold low point drain valves inside to the two hoses that drain outside. My thoughts are that the small T handles aren't to turn to open and close the valves like I've been doing when winterizing, but to pull and push to open and close to release the water at the lowest point. So I've never used the two drain hoses. The photo is of a RV low point drain valve sold online. Something to look for inside on or in the floor.

We have the same two hoses. The Jayco dealer said they are overflow hoses. We are careful to not overfill our fresh water tank. We find that then they don’t leak water.

The lines are overflow line and vent line for fresh tank.
My prior RV was piped that way. It also had the white fresh water drain gate valve as shown in the photo.

Combine all the answers list and you probably have your answer. Either low point drains or an overflow drain and vent for the fresh water tank.

A 2024 model? Call your selling dealer and ask him or her what these lines do or pull out your owners manual or other descriptive paperwork and solve the mystery yourself.
If these hoses are drain hoses you will have to know their purpose if you are going to winterize your camper. One of the above informational sources should answer your question.

Thanks everyone for all the responses. Just to update all, I have been able to determine that the 2 hoses are the fresh water tank vent and overflow lines. Greatly appreciate all the help. I really enjoy the forums and all the information it provides.
