Where to sell our Greyhawk

We will be selling our 2019 Greyhawk 29mv at the end of this season due to health reasons and changes in our family. We're not sure where the safest place would be to post/advertise. Does anyone have any tips/suggestions for us? Thanks for the help!

Sorry you have to sell your motorhome. Selling options I have experience with include RV Trader, which is where I purchased a newer motorhome, consign with a large rv dealer, where I had my new dp motorhome listed or sell it to an rv dealer, which is what I eventually did.

I'd 2nd the RVTrader. Listed my rig on rvtrader.com and sold my Class C in less than 2 weeks to the 2nd couple that looked at it (had considerable interest from the local Denver area.) Neither couple who looked at it asked for a lower price.
Went with them to their credit union with my title and registration in hand to handle the transaction. When you do that (bank or credit union) the money is in your account before you leave the bldg; so, super safe.

I had actually bought my Winnegago off RVTrader from a private party in California 6 years earlier. Same deal.......we went to his bank and they did a wire transfer from my bank so all the financial stuff was done by the pros in less than an hour.

If there is something that doesn't work on your coach, I would have it fixed before you list it. Just my $.02

Good luck with the sale. Sorry you have to give up RVing.

I have not sold but I also recommend RV Trader for immediate, nationwide exposure. Clicking around RV Trader, I was able to locate the models I was interested in, and get an idea of going prices. I found my 2018 Jayco Greyhawk, new, posted by a dealer in Montana.

A word of caution though. Crooks are out there too & they're not shy about taking a crack at you. My wife's brother had to sell his class C last year due to changing personal situation. Long story short, only a sharp bank official stopped the fraud. I'm happy to retell the whole con if you want. Just beware of strangers on the phone, bearing checks, even cashier's checks, for an amount greater than your asking price!
