01 Signature 50 amp cord reel problem

Hello. My 01 Signature has a power cord reel for the 50 amp park power. There is a toggle switch for winding the cord in and letting the cord out. When operating the cord reel, it will turn for a few seconds, then stop for a few seconds, then start turning, then stop, etc. It takes it forever to reel in the line! When letting the line out, I become so frustrated that I just pull it out. When it starts and stops, something "clicks." Anyone see this happen before? Any ideas? Thanks so much for any help

Call these guys. I think there are some adjustments that can be made.

I talked to the cablemaster people... very knowledgeable. I ordered a control relay - we'll know soon if it works One more "fix it" to scratch off the list!
