I believe the scan gauge will work.

Create an account on the Cummins Quickserve site, once you do this register your engine SN. You'll then have access to lots of information. https://quickserve.cummins.com/info/index.html
There is a tab at the top labeled Service, open it and then go the Electrical Diagrams link. It will provide a diagram showing both the engine and coach wiring for engine. If you have an ECM the scan gauge should work.

One thing that can cause excess blow by is if you overfill the oil. If I put in the recommended amount I use oil. If I leave it a couple quarts low it doesn't use any.

I've also put a catch bottle on the bottom of my engine vent tube, which comes down next to the oil filter. I do catch a little.

Is oil just coming from slobber tube. Or will a lot compression pump out loosened dipstick. Many owners have found the dipstick report low and then you overfill if your using dipstick to fill not documentation. An old post pretty sure Monaco the owners manual and dipstick wrong overfilling approx. 3 qts. Once it dropped to right level it stopped blowing out oil ,that's how the posters figured it out as well as past info showing right quantity. Finding right oil level and filling then remarking the dipstick is recommended.

00 Windsor Scan Gauge didn't work for me

I have a 2000 Windsor with a ton of blowby coming from the engine blowby tube. The previous owner put a bucket under it to catch the oil. I installed the Open Crankcase Ventilation and the problem was mostly solved. Still have the blowby, but much less oil loss and soot.
