Thanks again to the people that helped with my first 02 Endeavor post. The 02 has a 2 piece aluminium roof. Is this good or bad ? The new ones have one piece fiberglass. My current 97 Vectra has one piece fiberglass. Has anyone had problems with the 02 roof ? Did they change because of the cost of aluminium or is the one piece better ? This is the only problem I can find with the Endeavor.

The aluminum roof is one of the better roofs out there. HR has been installing these roof for over 35 plus years. Be thankful you have this roof. Why they stopped using it?? My guess would be a cost factor.

Only advantage of the 1 piece fiberglass roof might have is the fact that it is 1 piece. We had 3 HR procucts from 1985 to 2000, Alumalite TT, 91 Holiday 1000 and 94 Endeavor MHs. All had the same roof and never had any kind of leak on any of them including our present coach. Neither of those 3 spent a day in a garage/shed and it rains a lot here on the Gulf Coast.

Happy New Year
Dave
