First of all, A wonderful Sunday morning everybody!

Second, I hate winter up here. We were planning to go camping this weekend but suddenly the temperatures were back at -15C

So, now to my question. How do I adjust the headlights on my 02 HR Vacationer. Its the same than a Monaco La Palma. My driver side light is shining straight up but I can not find any adjustment screws.

gonzo.....The following information is how you adjust some of the other models of Monaco motor homes and may not apply to yours. The adjuster is deceptive looking. On other models, it's on the top/center of the light housing. It looks like a white disc (quarter size) and has a 1/4" hex head protruding up in the center. Use a small 1/4" socket and turn it. On my model, you can only adjust up and down. There is no left to right adjustment. Hope this helps.

If you do have the one piece housing with two or three bulbs in it and you can't find the adjuster, let me know and I'll email you a photo of what it looks like.

I don't have such disk.

I took some pictures of the light assy. The only way I can see that I can lower the light is by inserting some shims right at the mounting brackets.

Any other Ideas?

Looking at your photos......does that small cover plate with the two phillips screws give you access to an adjuster?

Both of the adjusters are in your picture #2. 1/4" hex standing vertical is for side to side adjustment. Stud at far right of photo is for up and down adjustment. They will move the two screws sticking out the back of the light assembly.
