'02 Windsor door latch (outer)

This Winter had the outer door latch replaced (main door not the bay doors). It felt a bit different when I got it back, but now is very loose. I'd rather not go back to the shop to have it tightened for numerous reasons. My question is how to access the back side of the outer latch to tighten it. May have to accomplish this on the road, but don't have to leave for a few days, so was hoping to get some info on this sooner than later....Thanks for any and all help.
