05 Beaver Monterey Fresh Water Tank Leak

100 gallon fresh water tank leak. On side near bottom of tank is a one inch female fitting that's molded into tank. It may have a crack in it. I have replaced the one inch male threaded sensor. No leak there. Just wet carpet in this area. Tank too large to come out of compartment. Any ideas? Can you air test; if so, how many pounds?

Plastic fittings are spin-welded into RV tanks during the manufacturing process. If you are sure it's leaking, and have open access to that area, contact a local body shop about plastic-welding to permanently repair the leak.
OTOH, there are some amazing plastic repair epoxies on the market today.
These plastic tanks are not designed to be pressurized.

What carpet. Does the tank have carpet underneath?

Thanks Ray! The leak seems to be below the threaded sensor, but under the edge of the tank; can't see under tank. I want to remove tank from RV. Tank is larger than compartment opening. Has anyone gotten this 100 gallon tank out? If so, how?
