I also have the same rig and only thing I have different is the residential refrigerator and stacked washer dryer. You will love the way it handles with the 10 air bags and tag axle. Just be sure to check the engine serial number as some ISL 400's around that time had a recall for some wrist pin problems. You can do a search and cind out the range of numbers. Other than that and a good maintenance record, you will find that year was one of the better years for monaco in regards to quality, fit and finish. Also, i have had no problems in state park so far. It is fairly easy to get into any space that a 40 footer can get into, just raise the tag and back it in. Fuel milage is also decent for its size and power. I can "milk" 8 out of mine and still be in the low60 mph range. You will really like a dynasty diamond IV.
