05 Windsor bay door gasket

Hello, I am posting this for a friend. He has a 05 Windsor when it rains he is getting water in the bay and then he slide starts moving.

Monaco said they couldn't help with the gasket because of the age of the coach.

I have attached an image of the door. Hopefully, someone with a 05 Windsor or similar coach knows what gasket should be on the door. The gasket in question is where the arrow is pointing. The top of the door.

Thanks

Richard
