06 Monaco - Roadmaster Chassis Recalls

Planning to look at a 2006 Monaco Beaver. 350 HP CAT. Roadmaster chassis I believe.

I heard that some roadmaster chassis's had a trailing arm recall. Is there a list of VIN numbers I can compare to?

Also, are parts readily available for roadmaster chassis's? How about service centers?

Thanks.

The '06 Beaver is built on what is called the Roadmaster "M" chassis. It is in reality a Magnum chassis left over from when Monaco bought Beaver. It is an excellent chassis and in my opinion preferable to the Monaco RR8S which has a similar design. The engine should be the CAT C9. Many of them in that time frame had the optional tuning to 400HP rather than the standard 350. It is an excellent motorhome and we love ours.

I don't see Monaco Beaver on the list as affected.

I have a 2005 Safari on a Roadmaster R4R chassis. It was affected and I had to replace the trailing arms. I understood it only affected the R4R chassis.
