06 Navigator furnace option gone

My 06 Navigator has seemed to lose the furnace option for the bed room.
The way it has always worked is zone 1 is the bedroom and zone 2 is the bathroom. Zone 2 has the furnace, but zone 1 no longer shows a mode for the furnace. It worked fine last winter.
Yesterday i shut off the power and unhooked the batteries as that seems to help fix electrical gremlins for some. Not me.
I did get a different thermostat from another guy at the park with similar rig and his thermostat also didn’t show zone 1 furnace as an option.
Thanks

I assume you have a Dometic 5 button comfort control thermostat.
Turn the small black switch on the underside off (forward). Then hold down the top and bottom buttons and switch it back on. You will see FF in the display. This reprograms the thermostat.
If this doesn't fix it then you need to clean the RJ11 telephone cord connectors (under the A/C) and check the dip switches on the A/C control boards (on the roof under the plastic shroud and then inside the small metal control cover).
Hope this helps.

Found it, I had replaced the start capacitor on the rear air this summer and in doing so I evidently bumped the furnace dip switch. All is right with the world.
Thanks
