06 Signature check valve bad?

When I disconnect my water freshwater tank empties out the hose if the pump is on ? Assuming the check valve is stuck? Any thoughts? Where is it and how do I get to the check valve? Thanks

The check valve should be a manual on/off fill valve.

Download a copy of your owners manual here:
https://www.monacocoach.com/rv-owners-manuals

This makes it easy to do a search. Look on page 190 in your Fresh Water System chapter:
City Hook-Up
• Remove hose plug and install a water pressure regulator to
the water hose.
• Pull hose from reel and connect the water hose to a City
Water hook-up.
• Turn the City Water/Tank Fill valve to the City Water
position (full clockwise).
• Turn on the water supply.
• The water pump can be off or on. It will not affect the water
pump to leave it on.

If I leave my pump on while hooked to city water it pulls directly out of the tank not cityˇ

Mine is plumbed that way also. I always use the pump for constant pressure.
The check valves I have dealt with were just plugged. Cleaning them cured the problem. Mine is beside the hose reel.

On my 04 Dynasty, I replaced the pos plastic check valve next to the hose reel with a brass one, mainly because the O ring in the plastic one would restrict the water flow. I just put a male hose plug in the hose to stop the water flow.

My 03 Windsor has a check valve mounted on the water selector valve .
It is all behind the big white plastic panel .
I was able to drop the valve and work on it from below
I found a piece of rubber lodged in the check valve which I removed and
reinstalled the whole thing , it has worked correctly for years since then .
I can't post a picture but here is a link to the co that makes the valves

https://swanindustries.com/collections/retail-customer[/URL]

The 3rd picture is similar to mine and the brass fitting on the left is the check
valve .
