08 Signature wiper not HI/LO

We are a new owner of 2008 Signature. The wipers work fine on delay, but will not on the Hi/Lo setting. Any idea? We don't know where the module, or fuse is? Thank you in advance.

In the front run bay, the one in front of the drivers side steer tire. Look in there; do you have a bunch of PC boards or one large board? If you have a bunch of small boards the VIP smart wheel module is there.

Some 08 Monacos have the Kongsberg mux, so the FRB wil be different. A picture will help others diagnose.

Hopefully you have a VIP controller on the left wall of the front run box... not the Kongdburg chassis multiplex system. There is a trouble shooting guide that uses the led light on the VIP controller. My wiper problem was the connector at the base of the steering column...clean and reset.

On our trip out west last month, I need the wipers as it had started to rain a but they failed to work. Made it to a rest area before the rain got to bad. Decided to have lunch while we waited it out and it the process I moved the steering wheel up when I stopped and back down when we were going again. Low and behold the wipers worked Never took anything apart to see what may have caused the issue, but the "fix" did work. Thinking maybe a loose ground. I did check the fuses in the front run bay that anything to do with wipers and they were all good.
