12 V/Battery issue

Early this morning (2AM!) our inverter started beeping and had the message - Low AC in V-W. My husband was trying a few things and all of a sudden the power went out to the neighborhood. When power came back on the 12V battery items would not work. We are plugged in to power but need the battery for the toilet flush right now. Is there a reset on the battery stuff (sorry...women talking) that my husband isn't finding?

I would try the salesman switch! The switch that turns on and off all 12v power, maybe it just needs to be reset.

Did you check the circuit breakers? The breaker for the convertor/charger may have popped. You should have 12V power from the batteries. As mentioned check the salesman switch. But you should still have 12V from the convertor. Also check the breakers at the pole. You may only have one side working. Do all the 110 circuits seem OK ?
