12 volt failure

Disconnected from shore power, have no 12 volt power. All batteries good. Can you help.

No 12 volt power to start the engine ?
No 12 volt for the interior of the coach ?

Just interior of coach. Engine starts up good.

Follow the big wire off the house battery + terminal. There should be a heavy duty relay close to the battery. If toggling the salesmans switch does not make it click or clunk find out why. If you are getting power past that you have a fuse or breaker problem.

The usual battery disconnect relay is covered on page 7 & 17 of this pdf , and there are 2 fuses on the relay that need to be tested.

Chassis battery disconnect switch had failed and also the house battery disconnect switch was broken. Replaced with new and now we are good. Thank you for your help.
